Midday Medium Roast Brazilian Serra Negra

$15.24

Description

Midday hits when the Wyoming high country is bathed in full light—clear skies, warm earth, and the kind of energy that carries you through the longest rides and hardest hikes. Our Midday roast draws from that same steady power: single-origin beans from small farms in Brazil’s Serra Negra (meaning “Black Mountain”) area in southern Minas Gerais, where volcanic soils and ideal elevations produce some of the world’s most reliable, crowd-pleasing coffees.

Roasted medium to preserve the bean’s natural character, it delivers a rounded, full-bodied profile with layers of milk chocolate and cocoa, toasted almond and walnut richness, caramel-like sweetness, and bright hints of lemon curd or subtle berry. Low acidity keeps it easy-drinking and smooth, with a creamy mouthfeel that finishes clean and satisfying—no bitterness, just balanced depth.

Whether you’re brewing it at base camp, sharing around the fire, or powering through a long day, Midday is the roast that meets you right where the sun is strongest.

Roasted rough, roasted right. Rough Country Roasters.
